It is 7 days of gorgeously delicious vegan foods along with meditations, yoga suggestions and some work shop exercises to jump start you and your system into a lighter, more focused, cleaner and happier way of being! Yay!!
This refreshing green smoothie is one of the featured smoothies on my 7 day program and it is just so good that I HAD to share the recipe!!
I am religious about starting the day with a smoothie and green smoothies are usually my favorite! What better or more delicious way to get all of those alkaline leafy greens into your system to start the day right?!?! I know that I have said this before, but I will say it again… I really do believe the world would be a happier place if more people started their days with healthy, fresh, delicious, nutrient and fiber filled smoothies!☺️
3 Handfuls of spinach
1 Small cucumber or half of a large cucumber
1 Cup coconut water
1 Tsp grated fresh ginger
Juice of 1 very juicy lemon (or 2 if you like things very lemony like I do!🍋🍋)
Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend away! I recommend doing a little extra blending on this one to get it nice and smooth. You can always add a few ice cubes if you prefer it a little thicker or colder.
