Gift a friend who is struggling to make healthy choices with a Health History meeting with me to make a plan to thrive! Vouchers for 3-6 month Health Coaching programs are also available. Maybe there is a group of you who would like to do a 3,5 or 7 day re-boot before the holidays to look and feel great for all of those holiday parties…or maybe in January after enjoying all of the holiday indulgences!?!?
